Reimbursement Check Requests

Thank you for making a purchase for the music program. Prior purchase approval should be obtained and backup documentation must be provided with all requests. Please allow one week for checks to be issued. Checks submitted by Saturday will be written, signed, and placed in the mail by Tuesday.
